Entering LaGuardia in Fall 2024

 An email was sent to Incoming families using the email provided in myschools.nyc.    Families will be able to  update their email with LaGuardia by updating the information with their current NYC Public School at any time or  with LaGuardia beginning July.

Charter & Private School Documentation Submission

• Taking the Regents Exam at your Local Public School: If your child is currently enrolled in an accelerated 8th grade class and their school does not offer the Regents, they can take the exam at any NYC/NYS Public school. This date is determined by New York State and cannot be changed, most locations start the exam at 9:15AM/1:15PM. Some locations, such as LaGuardia, start the exam at 8:15AM/12:15PM. • For your convenience, we recommend going to a school that is near your home or most convenient to your family. On the day of the exam: your child should bring a form of photo identification (current school ID, NYC ID, or passport), a graphing calculator, pencils and blue or black pens. We recommend arriving at the testing location at least 45 minutes before the start of the exam.
